FAQs
Where is my item?
Our most common delivery, method used is standard 2nd class delivery this typically takes about 4 working days (excluding sundays and bank holidays), unfortunately were seeing delays of up to a week after estimated delivery with royal mail in some cases. We would advise waiting this time as we have seen buyers receiving packages up until this period, however in the rare case this is lost in the post rest assured if this does not arrive in this time and the address is complete and correct we will send a replacement asap
Royal mail have also started a new 2 week rolling post schedule with no post being delivered on weekends and every-other weekdays. We have seen this cause confusion especially in areas where royal mail is understaffed. Your local royal mail delivery depot can be contacted to see if your area is effected.

Do you provide tracking?

The best materials for piercing jewelry include surgical-grade stainless steel, titanium, niobium, and solid 14k or 18k gold. These materials are hypoallergenic, durable, and less likely to cause irritation or allergic reactions.
My piercing wont unscrew
Body jewellery are sometimes quite tight when new straight from the factory,
using something with better grip like pliers or rubber gloves is usually enough to get them loose (To undo the the ball/gem must be unscrewed to the left) please let us know if there are more questions or concerns by using the contact us option below.
Does 925 Sterling silver tarnish?
All sterling silver will tarnish with time unless plated with metals like rhodium or gold. Due to sterling silver being a very reactive metal it can tarnish quite quickly especially with body jewellery when being exposed to different chemicals (hairspray shampoo e.c.t), bodily fluids, liquids or moisture if it is humid. This process does darken the metal however what is attractive with sterling silver is that this tarnish can be removed easily bringing the shine back. A great cleaner for silver piercings is toothpaste or baking soda, this can be rubbed on the jewellery and polished with a cloth it should remove any tarnish. If there are any other questions or concerns please contact us.
