UK Shipping:
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed MON-FRI, (orders placed before 12pm will be sent the same day) All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class Large Letter service which typically takes 2-3 business days and come with confirmation of delivery, delivery upgrades available on checkout.
International Shipping:
International orders are processed and dispatched by us within 24 hours of being placed and sent via Royal Mails International Tracked And Signed service, Royal Mail aims to deliver these packages within 5 to 7 business days, however it can take a few days longer especially in the current global climate and we suggest to give it up to 12 days. Customers are responsible for any customs or duties paid.
US International Shipping:
Due to the new customs policies introduced in late 2025 which sees all international purchases subject to customs and duties at 10% all US orders will be sent Royal Mail International Parcel PDDP with these fees collected and paid by us via royal mail.
